Steak Fajita Pasta Salad

All those Summer barbecues coming up, are going to need a nice salad to go with that grilled chicken or beef. We have covered a couple of them already on this blog, including the shrimp and avocado salad recipe and the balela salad recipe. Next on the list is this delicious steak fajita pasta salad.

I don’t know if you have been exposed to other pasta salad recipes similar to this one. What usually makes most of them extra delish is the dressing. You get to make the dressing for this one from scratch, and boy is it just divine. After you add the fajita steak and the cooked pasta, this salad is just to die for.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

The marinade for the steak will the first thing that you prepare. Use the small bowl to mix all the marinade ingredients together and then marinade the steak in the fridge for a few hours in a ziploc bag using only half the marinade. Whilst you wait you can make the dressing and prep the veggies.

The onions and the bell peppers will need to be cooked until soft. Then you have the choice of either cooking or grilling your steak in a large skillet. Don’t forget to let the steak sit for at least 10 minutes before tossing everything together to make your delicious salad. Any left overs can be safely stored in your fridge for a couple of days.
