Ground Beef Fried Rice Recipe

It’s not only chicken, that pairs well fried with rice. That was a recent discovery I made after I tried this ground beef fried rice recipe for the first time. If you search this blog, you’ll find other interesting recipes such as this easy fish stew recipe recipe, this cast iron pizza recipe and this easy Spanish rice recipe. I believe those are some of my all time favorites.

Actually come to think of it, I haven’t featured many rice recipes on here. The ingredients are simple and can be found in most pantries. There are a few vegetables listed below but feel free to add more such as zucchini, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Basically whatever you have in hand should work. Same applies for any of your favorite spices. I sprinkled on some black pepper and garlic powder. Are you ready, dinner should be ready in just 20 minutes.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Wash all your veggies under running water and dry before prepping them as instructed in the recipe. When ready to begin, we start by cooking the ground beef for at least 5 minutes. The eggs are then scrambled in the same pan, before stirring in the garlic, bell pepper, cabbage and the crushed pepper. You’ll need to cook the beef for a few more minutes, before adding the rice and the rest of the ingredients. One more short cooking session, before the rice is ready to be served.
