Pickled Grapes Recipe

Here’s a great method for preserving those grapes growing in your backyard, from the farmers market or even your local grocery store. I have previously shared other recipes such as the pickled spicy pineapple and the pickled cherry tomatoes recipe. If you enjoyed those, then you are definitely going to love this pickled grapes recipe too.

This is a good pickling recipe to add to your rolodex, as not only is it super easy to make it is also super delicious. I really love the cocktail of spices that goes into that one jar, however if there is any spice you do not like, feel free to leave it out. This recipe will make a quart jar of grape goodness. It should not take you more than 30 minutes from start to finish. The annoying part, as with most pickling recipes is having to wait for the ‘pickling’ before enjoying your grapes.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

So there is three parts to this simple recipe. The first part involves prepping the grapes, which includes washing them, removing any stems as well as picking out any soft ones. The second part is when you heat up the rest of the ingredients in the sauce pan. And the third part is the pickling stage, where you combine everything in the jar and leave to sit in your fridge for at least 24 hours.
