Here’s What You’ll Need:

Wash and clean your veggies, before prepping them as instructed in the recipe. Dump the cucumbers, onions and peppers into the bowl and mix well. The salt is sprinkled on top and the veggies are left to sit for a good two hours. The veggies are then strained and washed to remove the salt.

The rest of the ingredients are brought to a boil in a large saucepan and the veggies are added and left to simmer for a few minutes. The last steps involve packing the jars, screwing on the tops and then processing them in your water bath canner. Once processed you should leave them out on your kitchen table or counter to seal for about 24 hours.
