Creamy Bacon Chicken Recipe

Everyone love chicken, bacon and creamy sauce separately. Now imagine combining the 3 in one recipe? Mmmmmmm yummy! LOL I know you loved my chicken thighs with mushroom sauce recipe as well as my teriyaki chicken casserole recipe that I shared in previous posts. This creamy bacon chicken recipe is going to steal your heart too, I hope you are ready.

I try my best to share a variety of chicken recipes on here. We have already had grilled, barbecued, baked and today we will be frying. No extra oil is needed, the chicken uses the left over bacon fat. If you want to make your life a lot easier, then opt for boneless chicken breasts for this recipe. You will be able to determine the thickness of your sauce, by how long you leave it to simmer.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

You begin by snipping your bacon into small pieces so that you can fry them in the skillet. Meanwhile you can prepare and season your chicken, it goes into the skillet immediately after your bacon is done. Ideally you want to brown your chicken breasts on both sides. The sauce is the last thing that you will prepare and allow the chicken and bacon to cook in it for a few minutes at the end before removing the skillet from the heat.
