Teriyaki Chicken Casserole Recipe

For today’s recipe we are going to be making a delicious casserole. We have already featured other recipes in previous posts such as the stuffed pepper casserole recipe and the doritos chicken casserole recipe. Well, if you loved those then you are going to love this teriyaki chicken casserole recipe too.

You know what I really love about casserole recipes? The mere fact that you can just throw all the ingredients into one casserole dish, turn on the oven and boom you have a meal. For this one you can choose to use either white or brown rice, I prefer brown rice. Also, instead of using pre-packaged veggies, why not grab some fresh produce from your garden instead?

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Don’t forget to preheat your oven before you begin preparing the sauce. The sauce is made by combining the ginger, garlic, sugar, soy sauce and water in the saucepan. The cornstarch and water mixture is also added to that at a later stage to thicken the sauce.

After the sauce is ready you can move on to baking the chicken. Whilst the chicken is in the oven, use that time to cook the veggies and the rice. The final step involves combining everything in the casserole dish and leaving to cook for about 15 minutes.
