Spinach Stuffed Chicken Recipe

I think I ended up planting more spinach in our garden, than we will be able to consume. As a result I have been looking for ways to preserve it or recipes to enjoy it whilst still fresh. This is how I ended up running into this spinach stuffed chicken recipe. After all who doesn’t like chicken?

The little research session ended up digging up quite a number of spinach recipes, that I will be trying all summer long. You know I love easy things right, so naturally I would be attracted to this recipe. The prep time is less than 10 minutes and the cooking time is just under half an hour. The end result is four creamy spinach stuffed chicken breasts, that I am sure everyone is going to love.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

I begin by setting up all the fresh ingredients on the table, and prepping them as instructed in the recipe. Before you start stuffing the breasts, don’t forget to preheat your oven. Season the chicken on the outside first, then the stuffing is added into the pocket on the side of each chicken breast. The breasts go into the oven for about 25 minutes or so, they should be cooked and ready to serve.
