Homemade Frozen Meatballs Recipe

It is always great when you can pre-make some of your meals, this allows you to save time in the kitchen on some days. Although we thoroughly enjoy the creamy Swedish meatballs recipe, I usually also have some of these homemade frozen meatballs, waiting in the freezer.

Obviously, there are probably thousands of meatball recipes, that you could make. However, this particular one is not only easy, it is loaded with flavor and also very versatile. You can make as many as 60 meatballs from this recipe. When it is time to cook them, simply pop them into a slow cooker or bake them in your oven.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Wash your hands and get ready to work all the ingredients in the large bowl. The goal is to combine everything well by working with your hands. Then you want to line the baking sheet with parchment paper. I use a tablespoon to scoop up some of the meat mixture, roll it into small balls and lay the balls onto the baking sheet. All that’s left is to freeze and store them.
