Move over big juicy piece of steak, the steak bites with garlic butter are taking over. You could serve these as an appetizer or as part of the main course. I have already shared other steak recipes on here such as the pepper steak with onions recipe and the garlic butter steak and potatoes recipe.
For this super simple steak recipe, it is recommended that you use sirloin steak. However, if not available use whatever you may have available. I tried using a normal stainless skillet pan once, but found out that it takes the steak longer to cook. Now I just stick to the recommended cast iron pan which cooks the cubes to perfection. It should really only take you 15 minutes to make these.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- sirloin steak
- olive oil
- butter
- minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- minced parsley
- cutting board
- sharp knife
- large cast iron pan
Prep all your ingredients as per recipe, before you get started. The steak has to be cubed, the garlic and the parsley have to be minced. Don’t forget to season your steak before placing it into the pan. Fry for about 4 minutes, before adding the garlic and butter sauce. The parsley is the perfect garnish, I like to serve with rice or roasted potatoes. Enjoy! 🙂
