Sweet & Sticky Crispy Beef Recipe

My, oh my… things are about to get a bit sticky in the kitchen today. If you love Asian cuisine, you are definitely in for a treat. The goal, as always (besides exciting your taste buds) is to boost your beef recipes rolodex. There is indeed quite a long list of ingredients, however do not let that deter you. Instead of leaving the beef to marinate in the fridge, you can halve the required time by letting it sit at room temperature. When it comes to choosing your beef, any type of beef works really, be it flank steak or even skirt steak.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Prepare your marinade in your food processor as instructed. Your steak has to be sliced into strips about half an inch wide, then you can add the marinade to it and let it sit for up to an hour in the fridge. After marinating the beef, it is lightly dusted with corn starch and then deep fried for a minute or two. When you are done frying the beef, you can then make the sweet and sticky sauce in a small pot. As soon as the sauce is ready, add the beef. Voila it’s ready to serve.
