Pickled Shrimp Recipe

I love it, I love it… yes I love shrimp and I love pickled stuff. Combine the two and you have a deadly concoction of delicous-ness. This ranks right up there with the spicy pickled eggs recipe and the pickled avocados recipe. I am talking about my favorite pickled shrimp recipe, which I am positive will become a favorite of yours too.

With the assortment of shrimp recipes, how can this be my favorite? You would really have to taste the shrimp to understand. It helps that the recipe itself is pretty simple. Just make your marinade, cook your shrimp and leave it to marinate. It makes the a great appetizer for dinner parties or a gift for family and friends. You can also just open a jar, and snack away.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

After prepping all your ingredients as per recipe instructions, add them all into the bowl to make the marinade. The shrimp however, has to be cooked separately in a large pot of boiling salted water. After about 2 minutes the shrimp should turn pink, and that means they are ready for marinating. Ideally you want to marinate overnight, in your fridge before serving or storing in mason jars. Enjoy! 🙂
