I maybe wrong, but I do not think that there is anyone on earth who enjoys being sick. Over the years I have been slowly moving away from manufactured medication to natural cures such as the cinnamon sore throt tea and migraine reliever juice. One of my new favorites is this immune boosting herbal tea blend.
What I really love about it, is that the healthy nutrients are delivered in tea form, as you know I am a tea fanatic. The blend itself is a collection of 5 natural ingredients that you can forage, grow or if you are lazy just buy them online. When combined they provide immense immune boosting power to your body, especially when one is not feeling well. It doesn’t hurt either that the tea actually tastes good!

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- elderberries
- rose hips
- echinacea root
- astragalus
- ginger root
- air tight container
Ideally all the herbs in your blend must be dried. However, some people like their ginger fresh so that can be added to the tea fresh when you make a cup. Measure out equal parts of all the herbs and mix together. Store in an air tight container, until needed.
How To Make Tea? Add a teaspoon or two per cup of the herbal blend. Bring to boil, and then reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for half an hour or so. The tea gets stronger, the longer you let it simmer. Drink the tea up to 3 times a day, whenever you start to feel under the weather.
