It’s been a while since we have made a nice chicken meal, on here. I think the last time was the vietnamese style baked chicken recipe or was it the creamy mushroom garlic chicken recipe, I don’t quite remember. However, that is not important right now. All that matters is this particular chicken potato bake recipe, that I am going to share today.
When it comes to chicken dinner recipes, the ones that end up baking in the oven are perfect for the busy days. It usually means, after prep you can just leave the chicken to bake whilst you deal with other tasks. For this recipe, feel free to use your favorite potatoes or cheese. You will need about an hour to prep and cook your dish, although prep time is just 10 minutes.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- potatoes
- minced garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- boneless skinless chicken
- mozzarella cheese
- parsley (optional)
- baking or casserole dish
- chopping board
- sharp knife
- large bowl
Prep all the ingredients as instructed in the recipe, then you can turn on the oven to preheat it. The potatoes, olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt should be tossed well in the bowl. The potatoes go into the oven first for about 15 minutes, after which you can add the chicken pieces. The cheese is sprinkled on top and allowed to melt for a few minutes at the end. This recipe serves 6. It pairs well, with a tangy fresh salad.
