Got tired, aching feet? I have the perfect cure, for you. Just like the homemade shower melts and the homemade himalayan salt body spray, you can give yourself a spa treatment at home. Instead of spending big bucks at a fancy spa, why not just make this homemade peppermint foot soak recipe, yourself?
There are many other homemade foot soak recipes, that you can try depending on your situation. Peppermint has many health benefits such as relaxing nerves, relieving pain, boosting your energy and also soothing your aching muscles. This recipe only requires 4 ingredients and it takes less than 5 minutes to mix yourself a batch.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- powdered milk
- epsom salt
- loose peppermint tea
- peppermint essential oil (optional)
- pint jar
- mixing bowl
- wooden spoon
Basically to make this foot soak, simply measure out your ingredients into the mixing bowl. Use a wooden spoon to mix everything together. I like start with the dry ingredients and then add the drops of essential oil last. To use, just add half of cup into a basin filled with warm water. I set the timer on my phone to 30 minutes and sit down to soak my feet. Gosh, it feels like heaven! 🙂
