Healthy Tuna Wraps Recipe

I thought today would be the perfect day to try yet another healthy recipe in the kitchen, don’t you think? I know you loved the shrimp and avocado salad recipe and the greek yogurt chicken salad recipe that I have already shared on this blog. In which case, you should be ready for these delicious healthy tuna wraps.

I won’t lie to you and say that there are no other tuna wrap recipes out there. What I can honesty say is that this one is not only super easy to make in just about 10 minutes, it is also tasty. There is a basic guideline for the ingredients that you should consider for your wrap. However feel free to use fresh ingredients you have available or that you personally prefer.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Wash and prep your veggies before you can start making your wraps. Slice the avocado and the red onion on the chopping board. The carrots and the cucumbers, should be peeled first and then sliced into long sticks. The tuna and the lemon juice are combined together in the small bowl.

For each wrap, simply lay it out flat on a clean flat surface. Scoop the tuna mixture on first, then top with all the other fresh ingredients. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper before rolling the wrap. Sometimes I cut them into half, other times I just serve them whole. That’s just me! 🙂
