Garlic Butter Baked Pork Chops Recipe

Variety is the spice of life they say and I totally agree with ‘them’. We try mix up our meat choices for dinner, so lets say for example we make the chicken thighs with mushroom sauce recipe one day. We may make the irish beef stew recipe the next and perhaps this garlic butter baked chops recipe the following day.

This is just one of my go to pork chops recipes. The good thing is that 90% of them are simple recipes that are usually ready within 30 minutes. As for the ingredients, you only need 6 of them which should already be available in your kitchen or pantry. I personally do not usually use the thermometer when cooking my meats, but I have heard that it is a great way of determining whether its cooked or not. Maybe, I should start using it a little more often.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Remember every time you are going to use the oven, you have to preheat your oven. The pork chops are seasoned and then you mix the other ingredients in a separate bowl. Before putting them in the oven you want to brown the chops in olive oil over medium heat. The sauce is then poured on top of the chops, which are then placed in the oven. For extra flavor, scoop some of the leftover sauce on top of the chops just before your serve them.
