Easy Oven Baked Pork Chops Recipe

Forget the bacon, we are talking pork chops today. In previous posts on this blog we looked at making this homemade pig feed recipe, this diy portable pig pen and also these diy pig feeder plans. After raising the pigs, we are going to want to eat them right? That is when this easy oven baked pork chops recipe will come in handy.

Some of those other pork chop recipes, maybe a little complicated especially when you just need to whip up a quick meal. It is best to use bone-in chops for enhanced flavor and juiciness. The rub only requires 3 basic ingredients that can be found in any kitchen. Prep time is about 5 minutes and the chops should be ready to be served within 40 minutes.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • pork chops
  • salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • brown sugar
  • paper towel
  • shallow baking pan
  • aluminium foil
  • non stick cooking spray

The oven has to be preheated, since you will be using it to bake the chops. The chops will also need a quick rinse, but make sure you dry them after. Prepare the baking pan for your chops and the work in the ‘rub’ onto both sides of the chops. Bake in the U Allow your chops to cool, before serving. Enjoy 🙂
