Cinnamon Sore Throat Tea

Besides the freezing temperatures you are exposed to when you go outside, winter is notorious for colds, flu, sore throats and coughs. I have already shared this homemade cough remedy recipe and the homemade cough and cold syrup in previous blog posts. There is a new addition to my arsenal of weapons for the aforementioned ailments, which is this cinnamon sore throat tea.

No matter how sick you are feeling, you can easily make this in about a minute. As for taste, it tastes real good for a sore throat remedy. You can also count on it to soothe, coat and comfort you. I know some people feel nauseous when they are ill, the ginger will take care of that for you. Milk options are wide open, just use whatever type of milk your enjoy.
