What I like about potato recipes is that there are many different ways to cook potatoes. So depending on your mood, you can choose to air fry, deep fry, bake or in this case steam them. However, using the instant pot is way easier because you can just leave them to cook and then serve when ready. You’ll end up with well cooked potatoes with no hard centers that you can easily cut open as if they were butter.
Here’s What You’ll Need:

- water
Thankfully, we do not have to peel the potatoes before baking them. Just wash them thoroughly and they are ready to go into the instant pot. Unlike in an oven, you are going to have to add some water to cook these potatoes. The size of the potato also determines how long they cook for, anything between 20 minutes to half an hour. When ready, be sure to serve the potatoes while they’re still hot.
