Homemade Wood Furniture Polish

If you are still using store bought cleaning solutions in your home, you need to stop doing that today. Over the years I have been posting homemade solutions such as the diy grease cleaner spray, the homemade mold and mildew spray and the homemade dusting spray. In today’s post I will be showing you how to make this homemade all natural furniture polish.

Although furniture can be made from different types of wood, this homemade solution should work on any wood surface. You are going to need 2 readily available ingredients, that I am sure you have in your pantry right now. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes, just mix and shake and you are ready to go. If only more things in life were this simple! Sigh!

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • spray bottle
  • funnel (optional)

Step By Step Instructions

Step 1.

Measure and add the vinegar and the olive oil into the spray bottle. Use a small funnel to prevent spillage.

Step 2.

Screw on the lid and shake the contents of the bottle.

How To Use? Spray a little furniture polish onto your wood surfaces. Use a paper towel to wipe and clean the surface. You do not want to make large batches of this polish, simple because olive oil tends to go rancid over time. That’s it a quick and easy way to polish your wood furniture.
