There’s nothing that can be done about dust gathering on furniture and appliances in your house. After having used this homemade oven cleaner and this homemade toilet bowl cleaner, I thought I should go that route as well with my dust problem. That is how I ran into this homemade dusting spray recipe.
As with most homemade cleaners, there is always many different versions. It usually depends on your own personal preferences. This particular recipe has 3 main readily available ingredients, the essential oil you choose should be anti-bacterial and also have a pleasant scent. The other two ingredients besides the water, help with the cleaning and also prevent dust from settling.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- water
- white distilled vinegar
- olive oil
- essential oil of your choice
- empty spray bottle
- funnel
Wash your spray bottle before measuring out all your ingredients and adding them to the bottle. I use a funnel in order to avoid spillages. Give the bottle a good shake and your spray is good ready for use. To use, spray a little onto the surface and then use a micro fiber cloth to wipe. It works like a charm, make a bath and try it for yourself! 🙂
