Some of your best breakfast meals, will probably have some of these. We have already made some homemade hash browns and the inside out breakfast burittos, in previous posts. Now you can go ahead and add this frozen homemade waffles recipe to your breakfast recipe rotation.
I have tried many waffle recipes, and this one by far is the easiest one. All you need is 8 inexpensive ingredients, that are readily available in most kitchens. You get to choose where you want to use all purpose or wheat flour, also whether to use coconut oil or vegetable oil. The recipe is pretty simple and straight forward too.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- flour
- baking powder
- salt
- milk
- eggs
- sugar
- coconut oil or vegetable oil
- vanilla
- waffle maker
- large mixing bowl
- nonstick spray
- cooling racks
- cookie sheet
- parchment paper
- ziploc bags
There is two stages to this recipe. First of all we have to make the waffles, then we move on to freezing them. Before you start mixing the ingredients, the waffle iron has to be pre-heated. The eggs go in first, only after they are nice and fluffy do you beat in the other ingredients.
You are probably going to have to double or triple the recipe, if you are going to freeze some for later. The best way would be to lay them out on some parchment paper on a cookie sheet and leave them to freeze for few hours. Store in your freezer in ziploc bags for a few months.
