Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe

Just like diamonds, chocolate is also girl’s friend. LOL Only the good Lord, knows how much I love my chocolate. I am not sure if you remember the homemade hot fudge recipe, the chocolate chip cookie recipe and the homemade brownies we made in past post? Today, please allow me to share my favorite chocolate fudge cake recipe.

What do I love most about this particular chocolate fudge cake recipe? Well, not only is it super easy to make, it also only uses 4 ingredients. Yep, you read that right. Also when most of us hear the word ‘cake’ we often think of flour. Well in this particular case, no flour is needed. This is the perfect recipe for beginners, you really can’t screw this one up.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • dark chocolate
  • full fat coconut milk
  • maple syrup
  • eggs
  • loaf tin
  • water
  • medium saucepan
  • deep roasting dish

There maybe no flour required, but since you will be using the oven, you are still required to preheat your oven. Meanwhile you can melt the chocolate, coconut milk and maple syrup. The eggs are whisked separately and then eventually combined with the chocolate mixture. The cake is baked in a loaf tin, immersed in water for about an hour. Mmmm, this cake is so delish! 🙂
