Migraine Reliever Juice

When I initially started this blog, my intention was to share a lot more natural cures and remedies. Fast forward a couple of years later, and I have found myself slacking in that department. Although I have recently shared the homemade cough remedy and before that the home remedies for heartburn. Let us take a look at this homemade migraine reliever juice.

In most cases migraines are caused by the body’s response to our diet or even dehydration. There is one nutrient in particular that is associated with migraines, and that is magnesium. This can be found naturally in fresh fruit and vegetables such as dark green vegetables, bananas, cantaloupe, celery, cucumber, lemon, pineapple, watermelon, and ginger. Potassium and calcium are also essential for relief.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

The recipe itself is stupid simple, if you are familiar with juicing. Just bring out your juicer or blender, add all the ingredients in the list above and run it until crushed and juiced. This recipe makes one portion, for more simply multiply all the ingredients accordingly. Make sure that you also drink a lot of water.
