This coming season, I will be adding more that is why I have been researching how to grow kalettes.

As their name suggests they are pretty similar to kale, with leaves that look the same the only difference being their leaves are smaller. There are a few different varieties available such as the Misletoe, Autum Star and Snow Drop. They require a long growing season from anywhere 110 to 140 days. The taste tends to be nutty and mild when starting out, however often after the frost they will start to be sweeter.
