Here’s What You’ll Need:

It is best to start your seeds indoors at least 6 weeks before the last frost. Either cover your seedling trays with plastic domes or saran wrap, to provide the an environment that promotes germination. Your seeds will take a little longer to germinate than most pepper seeds, therefore patience is required. However, the seedlings grow fast once established.

Start fertilizing every two weeks from 6 leaves and they should be ready for hardening off and transplanting at 8 leaves. Your planting holes or containers should ideally have a mixture of sand and cow manure. Sulfur will work great as a fungicide, also keep an eye out for slugs and use some beer traps if need be. Apply some mulch and use wooden stakes for support.
