Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 5 gallon plastic bucket
  • bonemeal
  • kelp meal
  • organic seed meal
  • dolomitic lime
  • agricultural lime

It is easy to make, just simply mix all your ingredients together in the bucket. Then you can apply as needed to your garden. Your organic fertilizer should always be spread over the top of your garden beds, before planting and adding compost.

Your light feeder plants like carrots and onions will require less organic fertilizer, than let us say corn and tomatoes which are considered heavy feeders. They not only need more on the first application, but also need continous applications every 21 to 28 days.
