It may just seem like I am obsessed with boots this winter. Especially after the post a couple of weeks back on the diy boot rack. The truth is that I ran into this diy boot brush project, and I just felt I had to share it with you. You never know who else might need this.
If you do not like this particular design, then you can simply do a quick search on Google for other diy boot brush ideas. The only thing you are probably going to have to buy are the brushes. You should be able to find some at your local dollar store for a couple of bucks. The rest of the required materials should be easy to find in and around your homestead.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 3/4″ pan head sheet metal screws
- 2″ construction screws
- scrub brushes
- 3/4″ plywood
- flat screwdriver
- phillips screwdriver bit
- 5/32″ twist bit
- 1/8″ twist bit
- drill
- circular saw
Depending on the brushes that you purchase for this project, you are going to have to pry them open. Next you have to measure and cut out the required plywood pieces. Now all that is left is to figure out where exactly your brushes are going to go. Mark out the holes you are going to make and use the drill to make the holes. Last but definitely not least is attaching the brushes to complete this relatively simple diy project.
