Spicy Pineapple Pork Recipe

Usually when I try spicy recipes, I have my beloved hubby in mind. In recent months, I have featured the instant pot bbq recipe and instant pot zucchini bolognese recipe on this blog. This spicy pineapple pork recipe would be found in the same category with those other recipes and I will explain why in just a minute.

I have been slowly working on increasing my instant pot recipes, ever since my cousin got me one for Christmas. Don’t worry if you do not have one, you can always use a simple slow cooker instead. Although the hubby loves it real spicy, I try to tone down on the heat by regulating the serrano peppers for the kids. What he then does, is add some chilies or cayenne pepper at the table. For those who do not eat pork, you can use beef instead.
