I have seen many kitchen herb garden designs, and I think this is probably one of the best ones yet. The main back board is made from reclaimed wood and the planters are readily available mason jars.
Instead of using the chalkboard paint, I am sure one could just write labels on little pieces of paper and clip them onto the jars. I must admit though the chalkboard paint idea is too cute.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- old wooden board
- mason jars
- pipe clamps
- triangle ring hangers
- stainless hanging wire
- picture hanger
- chalkboard paint & chalk
- brush
- hammer, nails and screwdriver
- herbs
The actual set up is a simple 7 step process, that anyone even with very little handy skills can do. You may need an extra pair of hands when it comes to hanging it up. Otherwise, if you have a few empty mason jars lying around the home, go ahead and try this.
