DIY Corner Vegetable Storage Bin

It’s all fun and games when we are growing all the veggies in the garden, until you end up with a bumper harvest. At which time you have to start worrying about storage. I have shown you how to build this diy fruit and veggie rack before and also this diy trash can root cellar. Another great option you may want to consider is this diy corner vegetable storage bin.

I am always looking out for new storage solutions for my produce. The moment, I saw this project I knew that it was something that I wanted to try build. The mere fact that it makes use of corner space, which would have otherwise been left empty excites me. Also material wise, you only need lumber and plywood, we probably have some leftover from previous projects in the shed. This beginner project should take at least 4 hours to complete and cost you less than $20.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Measure and cut the plywood using the printable plans as a guideline. You should have enough pieces for the sides and the bottom before you can start assembling your bin. Start with the corner, you can use the glue and the nails to hold the sides together. Next attach the bottoms, then the front, then a coat of paint. Lastly you can add chalkboard labels to the front, to finish off the bin.
