Crispy Baked Parmesan Garlic Fries

This past weekend we decided to go to the state fair. Where we ended up eating a lot of crazy stuff, which included some curly fries topped with everything from chicken, bacon, jalapeno and cheese. That inspired me to try making these crispy baked Parmesan garlic fries, as soon as we got back home.

Unlike the state fair fries, these are super healthy as they baked not deep fried. Although it takes about 30 minutes of actual cooking time, you should account for an extra 15 minutes for prep. I think you can substitute the cheese for your favorite. As for the potatoes, I would stick to the russet potatoes as they have been proven to make the best fresh fries.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Oh yes, this is one of those recipes that will require you to turn on that oven and preheat it whilst you take on the prep. When cutting your fries, it is recommended that you have half inch wide and quarter inch thin. Inside the ziploc bag is where the coating magic happens. The salt, olive oil, pepper have are brought together with the fries.
