Mmmmm when it comes to all things chocolate, I cannot resist them. Believe me I have tried, so now I have just settled on letting it be. My friend shared this homemade instant chocolate pudding and I knew I had to try it.
It helps that I only need 5 ingredients readily available in my kitchen to make this one. No special appliances just a whisk and a saucepan. This is so easy to make and tastes delicious, especially fresh off the stove.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- sugar
- corn starch
- milk powder
- cocoa powder
- milk
- salt
- vanilla bean caviar (optional)
- air tight container
- mixing bowl
- saucepan
- serving bowl
What I love about this recipe, is you can make the instant pudding mix and just store it for when you need to use it. All the dry ingredients whisked together in a bowl until well blended. Pull out an air tight container and store your mix in there.
When you need to whip up pudding for dessert, just add milk to the mix and bring to boil. Another 5 minutes of simmering at low heat to allow the pudding to thicken. Then another 10 minutes or so to allow the pudding to cool in a bowl before it is ready to serve. This recipe makes up to two and a half cups of instant mix.
