Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 3/4″ Schedule 40 PVC pipe
  • 3/4″ PVC 90 degree elbow connectors
  • 3/4″ PVC ‘T’ connectors
  • 1/2″ EMT electrical conduit
  • trellis netting
  • measuring tape
  • hacksaw
  • hammer

The actual building process is pretty simple. All you have to do is make sure you plan ahead and measure all your cuts before you start cutting anything. The design in this example caters for a 4 foot wide raised garden bed.

Lay the frame down on the ground before assembling the joints. The netting actually needs to be weaved through the PVC pole. This trellis can support up to two plants on a 4 foot wide bed. Oh it is awesome that you can reuse these every single year, just pack them away at the end of the season.
