I am always open to new container gardening tips, you should be too. For example, over the years I have learnt that you should always use high quality potting soil and that is exactly what I have been doing. With the turmeric, you start with the smaller pots and then transfer to the bigger ones when the seedling has become established. Just imagine having your own turmeric growing on your own patio?

Here’s What You’ll Need:

The real trick to getting your turmeric going is the selection of the rhizomes that you plant. If you get that right then everything else becomes easy. Also the selected rhizomes will need to be left out to shoot before planting in your smaller pots.
