Here’s a quick little trick to help you harvest more green peppers than you know what to do with. It is a simple method that I ran into on this expert gardener blog that she says will super boost your green peppers. You can try it the next time you grow your own peppers, here goes.

Directions
1. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of Epsom salts and 4 cups of water in your spray bottle.
2. Spray the plant with the mixture from step 1.
3. Spray the plants again with the mixture after about 10 days later and the again in a few weeks.
That’s all there is to it!
Why does this work? Well according to the experts, spraying the plants with this mixture provides the pepper plant with that additional boost of magnesium that it will need during its flowering time to help it produce more fruit. Maybe its time you start making more friends and who love peppers or perhaps stock up on recipes that use them. 🙂
