This reminds me of science class back in school. Growing beans in a plastic bag, is simply a matter of placing the beans in there and then letting nature do its thing for a couple of days and voila, your beans have sprouted and you can plant them.

If  only everything else was this easy to do. The picture below shows pinto beans, but you can use any variety that you want.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Beans
  • Plastic Sandwich Bag
  • Paper Towel

All you have to do is wet the paper towel and insert it into the sandwich bag. Then place the beans on top of the paper towel before sealing the top of the bag. Just leave it to sit there for a couple of days.

It should take a maximum of 5 days before you start to see the beans sprouting. You can then transplant them to your garden and watch them grow. 🙂
