Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • sweet cherries
  • Ziploc bags
  • kitchen or paper towel
  • pen or marker

First make sure that you have cleaned your cherries and removed all the stems. This is best done in a clean empty kitchen sink. You can leave them out to dry for at least 30 minutes on a towel.

The bags stuffed with your cherries, must be marked so that you know how long there have been in the freezer for. Generally you want to start eating the older batches first.
