Here’s What You’ll Need:

Your grapes need to be clean, so wash them in your sink. Then add some water into the base of your steamer and the clean grapes go into the top section. Process for at least 30 minutes and always check to make sure there is still water in the bottom section. Prepare your canning jars and lids whilst the steamer is busy working.

When the juice is ready, simply place a jar on the lower table or stool and fill it up, leaving half an inch of head space. Don’t forget to wipe the rim before screwing on the lids. Although water bath canning is option, it is now actually highly recommended, so I take my jars and process them. Once done, the juice can be stored in a cool dry place, the pantry is perfect.
