Here’s What You’ll Need:

Step By Step Instructions

Step 1.

Use your knife to trip both ends of your leaf,
and then remove the skin in the inner side.

Step 2.

Grab your spoon and use it to carefully scoop out
the exposed gel into your small bowl.

Step 3.

Take the fork and gently beat your aloe vera in
order to break down the solid bits.

Step 4.

Add 3 drops of orange essential oil and the crack
open the capsules into your aloe vera too.

Step 5.

Allow to sit for about 5 minutes, give it a good
stir with the fork and transfer into the container.

The essential oils and the vitamin E capsules act as preservatives, that help you store the aloe vera for longer periods of time. Stores well in your fridge for up to 3 weeks, when you add them to the gel. If you do not add the essential oils and capsules, the gel is edible. However its shelf life is very short. 🙂
