Ham And Egg Cups Recipe

When breakfast came along this morning, I wanted to try something new for the family. After making the inside out breakfast recipe and the oven roasted breakfast potatoes recipe a few times, they seem to be over them. Luckily I found this ham and egg cups recipe, that was an instant hit.

There are probably a lot of other breakfast ham recipes, I could have tried. However, I liked the fact these actually end up being little cups loaded with delicious eggs and creamy cheese. Speaking of the cheese, you don’t have to use cheddar if you don’t like it. I used farm cheese that we had in hand, and that turned out fine just as well.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Ok, so set the oven to the preheating setting before you start assembling your cups. So obviously from the pictures you start with the ham in the muffin tins. The eggs have to be scrambled and that is what the skillet is for. They go in after the ham and you top each come with the cheese. A little salt and pepper for seasoning before a quick 10 minute baking session. Breakfast is served! 🙂
