Here’s What You Need:

• straw
• old newspapers
• potato spuds

You will need to locate a nice flat area in your backyard where you can lay your wet newspapers on. As already mentioned above there will be no digging, its just a matter of laying the newspaper, potatoes and straw correctly. Then you water them and add more straw as the potatoes grow. Come harvest time, simply removing the straw will expose your potatoes, ready to eat.
