There was once a time, when I was crazy about re-using wood pallets, but lately I have been slacking. We have made a lot of stuff on this blog though, from the diy wood pallet dining set to the diy wood pallet high bar stools and even the diy wood pallet garden walkway. Do you want to know how to make a diy wood pallet outdoor table? Of course you do, why else would you be reading this post! LOL
The most annoying thing with most diy wood pallet projects is having to dismantle the pallet first before you can get started. Well you will be happy to know that, you get a pass with this one. That means, the hardest thing you are going to have to do is probably to find some free pallets that you can use. We have our ‘supplier’ I just have to find the time to go pick them up.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 2 wood pallets
- 4×4 scraps
- 4 caster swivel wheels
- wood screws or nails
- handheld drill
- wood stain or paint
- miter saw
- tape measure
- L-brackets
Step By Step Instructions
Step 1.
Measure the 4 wood legs, about 5 to 6 inches
long and use the miter saw to cut them.
Step 2.
Attach one leg to each corner of the top
pallet using the L-brackets.
Step 3.
Attach the top pallet to the bottom one,
using the legs and some L-brackets.
Step 4.
Flip the table over and attach a coaster
on each corner of the bottom pallet.
Step 5.
You can sand down and paint/stain the
table top. This step is optional.
There you have it, your own outdoor table for your patio. If you wanted it to be higher, I guess you could attach one or two more pallets. I would recommend that you either stain or paint it, to make the table durable. Especially if you are going to be leaving it outside in the rain, sun or even the snow. Now all that is left to do, is to find the outdoor chairs or couches to go with it.
