Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • water
  • vodka
  • food coloring
  • rubbing alcohol
  • dish washing liquid
  • ziploc freezer bags

The different liquids above are what you will use to make your ice packs. For the first method you can add water, vodka and food coloring to a ziploc bag and freeze that. The second method adds water and rubbing alcohol into a ziplock freezer bag.

The last method uses just dish washing liquid by itself in a ziploc bag. All in all, you must place the bags into the freezer, to freeze before you can use them. Remember to always wrap your pack with a towel before applying it to affected area.
