Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • fresh or recycled lumber
  • concrete or bricks
  • misc. tools
  • recycled doors, windows, boards, and beams
  • cinders or gravel (optional)

The size is completely up to you as well as the side of the house you decide to attach the greenhouse to. The recommended dimensions are 10 by 12 or 10 by 16 feet. Just FYI an 8 by 10 feet greenhouse can take care of more than 100 plants.

For the beginner, some of the important building tasks such as the foundation maybe above your skill level. Professionals can be called in to assist you with these tasks.
