Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 Graham crackers
- few drops vanilla
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
- microwave safe dessert souffle baking dish or mug
- small bowl
- small side plate
- knife
- spoon
Step By Step Instructions:
Step 1.
Add the butter to the baking dish and melt it in your microwave.
Step 2.
In a seperate bowl, use your fingers
to crumble the crackers.
Step 3.
Add the cracker crumbs to the melted butter,
mix well and use the back of the spoon to flatten out
and create a thin layer on the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 4.
Mix together your sugar, cream cheese
and vanilla in the small bowl.
Step 5.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crumbs
layer and then flatten that out with the spoon too.
Step 6.
Set your microwave to 50% power and microwave
in 45 second periods for a total of 4 minutes.
Step 7.
Remove from the microwave and leave to chill
in your fridge for at least an hour.

When chilled, carefully run a knife around the
sides, place a side plate over the bowl and tip
it over to release your cheese cake.

Use a spoon to flip it over, so that the cheese
layer is on top instead of the crackers.
